BOD Meetings are held the second Thursday of the following months:

The Executive Committee reservese the right to call meetings the other months of the year if necessary.
Executive Committee Meetings
Executive Committee Meetings are the last Tuesday of each month except for December and March.
Payments
1st payment for varsity, junior varsity and middle school
2nd payment for varsity, junior varsity and middle school
3rd payment for junior varsity and middle school
January 2016 Status of varsity 3rd payment determined and due; all teams are liable for full 3rd payment until determined otherwise.
